"Welcome! I am so glad you decided to visit my little blog. See, I don't get too many visitors. It can become lonely sometimes. Anyway, you are just in time for some tea! Please, do come in."
You walk into the woman's home. It is small but cozy, borderline claustrophobic. You have no idea how you ended up here, but you don't mind. She is nice and that tea sounds really good right about now. There is a fire crackling in the fireplace next to a set of mismatched chairs. You take a seat in the chair to the left of the hearth, idly taking notice of your surroundings.
"Here you go dearie, now, did you need something? Not too many people come this way."
You sip your tea. The brew burns your tongue, but you haven't had anything to drink in days so you ignore the pain.
"I'm searching for a story, ma'am. A story about a girl, I believe her name is Jane Eyre. Do you know about her?"
The woman pauses for a moment, stands up, and walks across the room to a bookshelf. Selecting a volume from the shelf, she dusts it off and returns to her seat.
"I do believe I know a thing or two about Jane Eyre. Is there anything specific you would like to know?"
"Well, there are six specific things. You may think them silly..."
"Oh, nonsense love, nothing is too silly for me."
"Okay, I need to know about literary devices, themes, vocabulary, allusions, characterization, and connections." You list them off, counting them on your fingers as you go.
"Hmm...let me see what I can find for you..."
